Founder
Maurits Cammeraat is the founder of Proptius. In his career he has supported various clients as consultant and project manager including CBRE Global Investors, Bouwinvest, ABN Amro and various corporations.
At cegeka-dsa, one of the largest real estate system suppliers in the Netherlands, Maurits was ultimately responsible for the provision of services to customers.
At INREV, as Director of Professional Standards, he was responsible for the worldwide reporting standards for investments in non-listed real estate.
As a Senior Manager at PwC Advisory, he supported various commercial real estate organisations and social housing organisations with mergers, organisational development and information provision for many years.
He holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from Erasmus University and a Bachelor's degree in Architecture and Engineering Business Administration from the Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences.
